Both kitties came out to greet me when I came through the door.  They were cuddly and interested in all the things I was doing.  J followed me around again making sure I properly filled the water bowls.  He also took a taste test at each one.  I added litter to the box in your room.  This emptied the box.  I placed it back in the cabinet in case you recycle.  O didn't like my boots as much as my sneakers the other day, but she sat next to me as I put my shoes back on and reassembled my going outside outfit.  They were great.  Happy New Year!

H and I went for another fun walk. It was raining a little, so we both got an impromptu shower. Good til next week! Other than that, H was excellent today and only had some minor hiccups. I can't wait to see her again tomorrow. -JRN

H was very good today. We did our first solo! Halfway through, she had a spirited exchange with one of our neighbor dogs, but she calmed down and we finished the walk on a good note. Afterward, we practiced sitting and then said goodbye! -JRN

We took our hour walk today and L really enjoyed it. I thought she looked cute in her sweater. She wasn't cold at all outside with it. In this picture she was sitting to show off for Jim and then couldn't hold her excitement and leaped in place. She was great! The postman came around and gave her a cookie (dog bone). She loves the mailman.

We had a great time today. J followed me around and O was quite friendly. I was actually able to get both of them to play at the same time. For a bit, they played together! J wasn't in the mood to drink from the sink again, but he made sure that I filled all the water bowls properly.

O and J followed us around a bit again. J was not in the mood to drink from the sink, but he watched while I filled the water bowl. We played with the toys and the laser pointer. Both O and J were up for it at first and then J just wanted to cuddle. O hung out at a safe distance - getting attention as she demanded. Fun day.

We took a different route today, so H was more hyper than usual. She tried to sniff around and check everything out. It was a good practice day for control. She is also getting great at sitting on command.

We had a great day today. M was trotting around with us as we did our chores. We had plenty of time to pat and talk to him. He meowed at us again loudly, so we moved into the living room. There was old and fresh snow on the driveway, so we salted it on the way out.

Today, we brought a regular camera and stabilized it on the floor to see if we could get a great picture of M. A light dusting of snow fell this morning and more tonight. M was great today. We had soo much fun.

L was a little hyper in the beginning of the walk, but soon we were outside and it was super cold. I had no problems with the extra baby gate. I'm tall enough that I can reach it without disturbing anything. We took a few breaks during the walk for a pat and to shield her from the wind.

Today L came and met us at the door. S came out when we put out the food. L was super cuddly and ate right away, too. I emptied the dehumidifiers and cleaned the litter box. The mailman came right as we were getting to the car.

It was bitterly cold and windy. On the upside, the snow was coming down in big flakes for a bit, so it was pretty. H had a great time and we worked on walking at different paces to make it interesting.

I found M fast asleep during my house walkthrough. He didn't wake up and come hang out with us until all the chores were done and we were doing the last checks. He came out and we were able to pat him for 10-15 min.

M came up from downstairs once we started doing the chores. We got done quickly, so we got to spend some extra time sitting on the floor with M. He was meowing a little bit today which is different than usual.

Both O and J met us at the door when we came in. J was excited to get to drink from the sink and O eventually went for our shoes. We got all the stuff on the list completed and had plenty of time to play with the cat toys and laser pointer. Both followed us around as we did our different chores. They're fun :)

It was nice outside today. The wind was very cold. There was no more snow on the ground, but H was still able to wade through the leaves and streams for fun! She really likes to walk between two people. We also worked on 'sit.' She is doing better every day.

M was super cuddly again today. I sat on the floor and he put his head on my knee. He gets tons of attention from us. He was rubbing his ear, but when I looked in, I didn't see anything. The 2nd picture shows Jim and M having a good cuddle as Jim scratched around M's ears.

H was a little pensive at first when I came in the house. He got excited at the leash and I clipped him in after some coaxing. Once we all started walking, he relaxed and started having fun. By the end, we were all buddies.

M was downstairs when we arrived today. He followed me up after I checked all the rooms. He hadn't eaten all his food, so we gave him less crunch. We had fun giving him lots of love and attention.

S came to see me when I opened the door but went and hid once she saw us. Next time, I'll flip on the lights, so the flash doesn't have to come on when I take her picture. L was hanging out under some covers, so I pulled the blanket back to say hi and snap a picture with no flash. I then emptied and plugged in the dehumidifiers, filled their water and emptied the litterbox. S was fine, but shy. She hid under one of the beds, so we didn't bug her. They had plenty of food, so we didn't add more.

It was beautiful sunny day today. H is getting better all the time. I also threw her bone for her until she got tired after the walk.

M came right up to us when we came in. He had eaten all his food this morning, so we gave him a little more crunch for breakfast. I did a sweep of the house and didn't find any messes. M hung out with us in the dining room and in this picture the living room. He was very cuddly today

M was very cuddly this afternoon. He hadn't eaten all his wet food, so we gave him less crunch. I did a sweep of the house and found no messes. M spent a lot of time hanging out with us on the living room floor. He also looked out the window behind the sofa as well.

We got to the house and MF was waiting at the door. O went out and had his dinner. I did a sweep of the house and O and I went outside to play. We heard voices and came back inside to see you all talking to Jim! O was sooo ecstatic (as you saw)!

H came bounding down the driveway when she saw the car coming up the drive. Most of the snow had melted, so there was lots of water for H to play in and drink during the walk. It drizzled during the first part of the walk and then the sun came out at the end. Great day.

M came right up to us when we opened the door. He was very cuddly. He had finished all his food and water, so we added food and water to the new bowls. His medicine was no problem. he spent most of his time by the back windows. We sat on the floor and patted him after we got his food and litter done. I did a sweep of the house and didn't find any issues. He didn't eat while we were there. We'll give him less crunch if he doesn't finish his food by our evening visit.

When we got to the house, the spot lights out front were on. The basement light was on also. There was a visitor after our visit last night. MF was eager to go out, so I let him out after I let O out. O had his breakfast and then we went on our walk. The wind was blowing, but it was a lot warmer today. We played outside after the walk. We had lots of fun today.

MF came right up to the car when we arrived tonight. He lead us right up to the door. O was hopping around and got lots of attention. We spent a lot of time outside. MF only had a half a can for today, so I gave him about 1/4 can. Now he has some for tomorrow evening as well. O was so good at wiping off his muddy feet on his snowy picnic table.

It was really warm today and the snow was crunchy, but still there. H looved walking through all the roadside ditches and the snow. H had a great time and did very well today.

We had an EARLY morning this morning to shift the sit times. O was awake and ready to play and go out. MF was not ready to get up, so he got to stay downstairs during the walk. We had a nice walk and saw lots of ice. We went around the shops, so there was lots of light and no people or dogs. I'm hitting technical difficulties with my camera. If I can pull the pictures off of it, I will post them here ASAP. Yay! We got the camera working! These aren't the greatest, but both O and MF were moving super quickly for it being so early in the morning :)

MF came after the spot lights were on for a little while. He cleaned his plate, too! O was excited to go out, so we spent most of the time outside. O kept using the muddy path to go up to the top of the yard, so I got him to play in the snow to clean his feet. I got the mail and took the trash out.

We had a great day in the snow again. There was still some snow that hadn't been mussed up, so H bounded around through it! It was great exercise for all involved! The snow was still chest deep for her in places, so I let her walk and play in the snow for a better work out.

MF was in the mood to hang out, so he stayed in for a bit. O went straight out for his potty break. MF went out and O had his breakfast and then we went on our walk. After the walk, we played in the snow.

MF was already in the basement again, so I let him out to roam around for a bit before giving him his canned food. O bounced through the snow and we had a great time playing.
