It was pretty hot and we had a good walk. L was doing well and she kept doing cute things, but every time I tried to catch her with my camera she had dropped into the grass as seen above or looked away!! We used a lot of hotdogs today..

L did great today! It was hot and there was lots to do - sniff around and pressing things like that! We tried out her new leash and she did well.. We did some jogging around as well. I put her back in the kitchen and she flopped on her pillow. I got her to drink some water and gave her some hugs before I left.

We had a nice slow walk today. It was not too hot and there were lots of barking dogs out in the neighborhood and L was barking back a little bit. She's fierce tiny thing. The mailman gave her a biscuit and she was pretty excited about that. The picture shows her prepped and ready to go after the other dogs.

It was another hot day today. L did this cute thing - she walked in the shallow ditch slowly through the running water. She played in the high grass for a bit and worked on some trouble spots. She did really great and ate lots of treats.. I'll have to switch to ziploc bags because the top pops off the tupperware sometimes and L and I race to pick up the pieces - I of course help her find her half when they become less obvious :)

R & P did well for their respective first walks. Both were walking nicely next to me by the end of their walks. It was super hot, so they were pretty beat by the end of each walk.

L was getting really excited about exploring the high grass and getting into the bushes. It was really hot and humid today, so she drank lots of water (including some from puddles) We had a great time playing before and after the walk. We worked on her tricks, too.

Today was really windy, so she was chasing leaves all over. The picture really shows the wind blowing her hair and the leash. I've been working on her want to run onto the street side of me. She is getting much better. We worked on her commands again today. She is so good!

Another really hot day. She did awesome again, but at the same time she is getting more interested in sniffing in the brush. I didn't find the regular leash right away, so we rocked the retractable leash. She loves to run and check everything out. We had a good time!

She was excited again and we played a little in the front yard before going on our brisk walk. She did a lot of running and we practiced the new trick some more. It was really hot and she drank lots of water when we got back..

She was ready to go for her walk today. She did awesome and was super excited! She was extremely interested in the mud and the puddles today - she hadn't really shown interest before. We worked on a new trick after we had a nice stroll up the road.

She was really wiggly and excited today! Had a great walk: sun was shining and the humidity was definitely there.. In this picture, you can see her showing her excitement for a fun day out.. Wonderful day!!

Today a huge storm rolled in right as we were going down the street to begin the walk. It started sprinkling, so we walked back and forth in the front lawn until she peed and she got tons of hugs and praise.. Then we stayed near the front door until the rain started pouring down. I used a paper towel to dry her off during the last few minutes of her walk.. She was so excited when I came in, she was squeaking and jumping around in her kennel! It was a fun day.

Lexi was great!! It didn't rain on us today, but it was threatening the whole time. We played for a long time before and after the walk.. She was pretty wiggly and this is the only shot I got of her that wasn't blurry. She and I were on the grass getting ready for the walk.

We had an excellent walk eventhough it drizzled the whole time.. After I toweled her off, we played with her giant pink rope and she went right into her kennel.. Great day!

Another wet day, but he had a nice long walk and did some exploring. She was behaving extra well for those treats :)

Another wet day today, but as you can see from the photo - we had some sun. We went a different way today and ran and jumped around a lot in the wet grass.

The afternoon walk went well. She got soaked again, but we went the other way. She got really wet again, but didn't try and bite the towel as much this time... She's a great walker!
