J was crying for me to let him out. I let D out, got J ready, then let
D back in. He cried when we saw the postman. He gave J a treat for
sitting. J and I saw lots of dogs. Some of them were loose and other
were contained by fences. J did really well with all of them. He just
got excited when he saw the small fluffy ones. When we got back he sat
the whole time I was taking off his walk gear. Good boy J! I gave him
his two treats after I put him away.

C was laying in her crate all sleepy and relaxed. When I let her out
she went right to the door and sat down. As I was putting her harness
on she put out her front paw asking me to pet her. I gave her a quick
cuddle and then we were off. She loved sniffing in the big grass area.
I talked to her almost the whole walk and she really seemed to like
that. She did not potty for me at all. We got a little wet from the
rain at the end.

C was snuggled on the sofa when I came inside. I filled her water first, so she could get ready to go outside. It was lightly misting and chilly. C asked me to carry her, so I did until we got to the grass by the front door. She felt good after that and we set off on our walk.

L thought I was kidding at first, but decided to come with me into the rain anyway. The mailman gave her a cookie and she carried it the rest of the way home. We had a good time, especially when it was towel dry time for L.

H was a happy, wet pup today. There were still some leaf piles to see and all her favorite puddles were full again. It drizzled for a bit, but it wasn't too noticeable.

C was super active today. She hopped up on every surface and leaped into the basement. This made T and N excited, too. T ran around outside in the rain and had a ball. Both were great about having their paws dried each time we came back inside.
