S was excited to see me. All she wanted me to do is pet her and forget
about opening the door. She still had some of her AM food left so put
her PM food on top. While I was watering the flowers she ate some of
her food. From then on it was all about play time. We ran around a
lot. She was so happy about playing by the end she was panting. She
had to have some cool down time before she was willing to go to bed.

H trotted over and I cuddled her.  She stretched and rolled around.  The pups were excited to go out.  Lots of people were outside having fun and/or doing yard work.  They both barked and ran around the backyard.

H and I had a great walk today! There was still not much water in the usual places, but it was shady most of our route.

K came out to see us off. C was very alert today, looking at all the
sounds she heard. She stopped to smell some flowers in the first patch
of grass we got to. C got a lot of grass time and most of it was her
walking in it. I sat down in the grass with her and she quickly
crawled into my lap, turned over on her back and put her head in the
crook of my arm and layed there like a baby. We had a very enjoyable
walk.

We had wild adventures today.  I patted H for a long time before going down to see the pups.  She sat in my lap and snuggled me.  R was fine and did not go near the hornets' nest today.  V was feeling good and ran all around the yard.  When they started to wrestle inside, I took them out and they continued to play and run.  R discovered a fun hole in the fence and used it to get me to meet the neighbors.  It was easy to get her.  She came over when I called, so there were no issues.  She'll be out on a leash next time.

I let S out and gave her food. We played most of the time. S was very
good about not being too rough and she did not try to keep the toy
away from me. She acted like she could play this game the rest of the
day. S was also good today about not mouthing me when I would go and
pet her. I told her how good she had been this morning. Then I gave
her a big hug before I left.

S was happy to see me. I gave her food and she started eating on it
right away. I watered the flowers then S and I played. She was so
hyper and she would drop her toy in mid run. What a funny happy girl
she is. I gave her lots of pats before I put her to bed.

The girls were so excited to go out the wiggled all over. After their potty break we came back in for dinner. M and Z ate up all their food. We had a great time playing. Z alternated between toys the rest of the time I was there. M was very content to be in my laps as much as she could be. When I would start petting or playing with Z M would put her cute little face in mine and start licking me. We took another trip outside and on our way back in Z found a cricket. She got very curious and started to try and play with it.
